About the position
As a Business Analyst Consultant in our cross-functional team, you will play a key role in guiding projects from discovery to delivery. Working in the mobility sector on a critical big data application for traffic monitoring, you will collaborate directly with clients and internal teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements. This consulting role requires a unique blend of strong technical acumen, deep business analysis skills, and a data-driven mindset.
Your tasks may include:
- Collaboration with relevant stakeholders to understand their business needs, translating these into structured, detailed technical requirements for the development team.
- Analysis of company business processes, systems, and data to find opportunities for improvement and provide insights that influence project outcomes and strategic business choices.
- Facilitation of clear communication between technical and non-technical team members, ensuring requirements are accurately translated and aligned with the business goals.
- Ownership of essential documentation, such as requirements specifications, user stories, and workflows, to provide guidance throughout the project.
- Leading workshops and discussions with stakeholders and team members
