As the Engineering Manager for this project, you will take on a hybrid role combining leadership and technical expertise. You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers working on a critical big data application for traffic monitoring. In this capacity, you will facilitate the team’s agile processes while also contributing to the technical development of the system.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, ensuring high performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Lead the agile working style of the team, ensuring team alignment, productivity, and continuous improvement, with a focus on high-quality software delivery, impediment management, and acceptance test driven development.
Design, implement, and operate scalable applications for traffic monitoring, contributing hands-on in all stages of development. 
Oversee delivery management and customer communication.
