About the position

As Business Developer, you are the organizational backbone of our business development and work closely and directly with the CEO. You use AI and modern automation tools to optimize processes. In doing so, you act as a strategic mover and shaker at the interface between operations, business development, and the creation of offers and grant applications.

Your tasks will include, among others:

Operations & CEO support

Workflow automation with appropriate tools (e.g., n8n)
Coordination of our iterative workflow with Jira or similar
Support for the CEO

Business Development

AI-supported market research
Customer meetings for retention and market exploration of new business areas
CRM maintenance and automation for lead nurturing

Event management and marketing

Organization of approximately 4-6 industry events per year
Event CRM and follow-up automation
Stakeholder networking

Offers, proposals & funding

Creating customer offers
Co-developing and coordinating R&D applications
Creating and coordinating pitch decks for customers

Your profile

Must-haves:

Degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or comparable experience
Excellent writing skills – precise, persuasive, error-free
Hands-on & structured – you get things done and automate proactively

Personality:

Digital native – AI tools are second nature to you
Organizational skills – you maintain an overview in complex projects
Strong communication skills – confident in customer contact
Proactive – you recognize when action is needed and take it

Als Business Operations Manager:in bist du das organisatorische Rückgrat unserer Geschäftsentwicklung und arbeitest eng und direkt mit dem CEO zusammen. Du nutzt AI und moderne Automatisierungs-Tools, um Prozesse zu optimieren und strategische Initiativen voranzutreiben. Dabei agierst du als strategischer Macher an der Schnittstelle zwischen Operations, Business Development sowie der Erstellung von Angeboten und Förderanträgen.

Dein Profil

Must-Have:

Studium in BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
2-4 Jahre Erfahrung (Operations, Consulting, Startup/Scale-up)
Exzellentes Schreiben (DE/EN) – präzise, überzeugend, fehlerfrei
Hands-on & strukturiert – du packst an und automatisierst proaktiv
Nachweisbare Fachkenntnisse in den Bereichen KI, Maut, Verkehr, oder Logistik

Tech-Stack (Must-Have):

AI-Tools: Täglicher Umgang mit ChatGPT, Claude oder Perplexity
Automation: Idealerweise n8n, Zapier, oder Make
Standard: Jira, Spreadsheets (inkl. Formeln), Notion/Asana, Google Workspace
Bonus: CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive), Apps Script, Python-Basics
