About the position
As the team lead, you will lead a cross-functional team of engineers working on a critical big data application for traffic monitoring. In this capacity, you will facilitate the team’s agile processes while also contributing to the technical development of the system.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, ensuring high performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
- Lead the agile working style of the team, ensuring team alignment, productivity, and continuous improvement, with a focus on high-quality software delivery, impediment management, and acceptance test driven development.
- Hands-on contributions in all stages of development. Our Tech stack is Python, Apache Kafka, Apache Flink, MinIO/S3 Kubernetes.
- Oversee delivery management and customer communication.
For this role, we follow a flexible hybrid model, usually requiring two to three days per week on-site at our Potsdam office.
